Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Search

Individuals and companies, owned, controlled by, or acting on behalf of countries targeted by US foreign policy as terrorists and narcotics traffickers are identified as Specially Designated Nationals (“SDN”). These individuals and companies have their assets blocked and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from dealing with them. The SDN search is conducted using documentation provided by the US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”).

National Criminal Database Search

The National Criminal Database Search provides multi-jurisdictional information from multiple sources including County Records, State Department of Corrections, Sexual Offenders Lists and Administrative Office of Courts. WCH Service Bureau recommends this search as a supplement to a comprehensive county and/or statewide criminal conviction search.

On-Site Visits

WCH can perform an on-site audit to verify practitioner compliancy to applicable NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance), URAC (Utilization Review Accreditation Commission) and JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards as well against standards defined by our clients. This includes, but not limited to:

Physical accessibility

Physical appearance

Adequacy of waiting and examining room space

Availability of appointments

Adequacy of medical record keeping

Quality of care (which is determined by examining medical records selected at random and comparing the care provided against our client standards.

Aplication Processing

Our most inclusive offering that is customized to the needs of each of our clients. Working in partnership with our client, we develop a customized solution that would allow WCH to integrate with our clients technology and procedures , accept applications from practitioners, perform initial screening and help practitioners in properly and completely filing the application, enter all of the information into the clients system, perform primary source verification and any other additional screenings, audit the site and prepare a complete package for a final review and decision making to our client. We then develop processes for proactive and reactive re-credentialing monitoring.
