Client doesn’t require any assistance from WCH to review the application data, the client is only using WCH online credentialing application to complete credentialing profile and select to order insurance applications which will be delivered by E-mail in PDF format.

Client uses WCH credentialing application to complete credentialing profile and selects for order insurance applications. WCH professional staff will verify that professional data entered by the client has correctly loaded on the insurance applications. WCH staff will contact the client if necessary information is needed for the selected insurance applications. WCH will mail the client requested insurance applications.
Client uses WCH credentialing application to complete credentialing profile and selects for order insurance applications. In addition the client is requesting WCH involvement in the process. WCH will contact all insurances that the client chooses to be part of, and obtain confirmation that insurance is accepting new providers. WCH will request applications (if not available on the WCH portal) and initiate credentialing process on the client’s behalf. WCH professional staff will verify that client’s professional data had correctly loaded on the insurance application. WCH will send populated applications to the client for further process. WCH will not engage in any other process.
Client uses WCH credentialing application to complete credentialing profile and selects to order insurance applications. In addition the client is requesting WCH involvement in the process. WCH will contact all insurances that the client chooses to be part of, and obtain confirmation that insurance is accepting new providers and initiate credentialing process. WCH will complete and mail applications to the provider for signatures and then to the insurances for process. WCH will create report with all insurances names, phone number and confirmation numbers that these applications have been send and received. WCH will recommend the first time to call for follow up. WCH will stop its work once the insurance company will confirm that they had received the package. The client will be responsible for full tracking and follow ups of the application, in the process of three to four months.

WCH will contact all insurances that the client chooses to be part of, and obtain confirmation that insurance is accepting new providers and initiate credentialing process. WCH will perform full credentialing process. WCH will complete and mail applications to the provider for signatures and then to the insurances for process. WCH will monitor application status and provide progress report every three weeks. WCH will stay with the provider until the office will receive welcome package and assigned provider number from each requested insurance company.
