Ordering all applications (usually takes about 2 weeks).
Meeting to sing received applications.
Filing in applications ( making copies, mailing applications: preparing clients file).
Collecting proof of mailing post card from insurance: tracking begun.
Call 1st time to insurance 3 weeks after the application was received.
Creating credentialing report after each call and providing to the doctor.
Credentialing report gets updated every 3 - 4 weeks.
If information is missing: contacting the doctor and scheduling a time frame to provide all documents.
The credentialing process is complete when WCH credentialing specialist obtains doctor's provider id number and notifies a report.
